What products does Sudhamresh Naturals offer?
Products

We work across twelve categories of natural oils and extracts. The main ones are essential oils, carrier oils, Ayurvedic oils, herbal extracts in both dry and liquid form, CO2 extracts, absolutes, spice oils, mint oils, fragrance oils, diffuser oils, pharmaceutical grade oils and aromatic chemicals.

Between them that is several hundred individual products. If you are looking for something specific and cannot find it listed, ask us anyway, because we can often source or produce items that are not on the website. You can browse the full range here.

Are your oils 100 percent pure and natural?
Products

Yes. Our oils are extracted from raw material we have sourced ourselves and contain no artificial additives, synthetic extenders or undisclosed carrier dilution.

The one thing worth clarifying is that some products are supposed to be blends. Diffuser blends, massage oil formulations and fragrance oils are formulated products by definition, and we always state clearly what is in them. Where a product is sold as a single botanical oil, that is exactly what you receive.

Do you provide certifications for your oils?
Quality

Yes, and we would rather send them upfront than wait to be asked. Standard documentation includes:

  • Certificate of Analysis for the specific batch you are buying
  • Material Safety Data Sheet
  • GC-MS chromatogram where applicable
  • Certificate of Origin and other export paperwork for international orders

If your market or your own customer requires a particular format or an additional third party test, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you place the order.

Which industries do you serve?
Products

Six industries make up most of our business:

  • Aromatherapy, where blend grade and diffuser grade oils are used therapeutically
  • Wellness and spa, covering massage oils and treatment formulations
  • Pharmaceuticals, using pharma grade material in medicinal preparations
  • Cosmetics, for skincare, haircare and colour product bases
  • Personal care, including soaps, lotions, deodorants and daily use products
  • Food and beverage, where food grade flavour and fragrance oils are required

Each of these has different purity thresholds and paperwork expectations, so tell us your application when you enquire and we will quote the correct grade rather than the cheapest one.

Do you export products internationally?
Export

Yes, exporting is a large part of what we do. We ship regularly across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.

Our export team handles the documentation, the freight coordination and the country specific compliance requirements. That last part matters more than people expect, since labelling rules and permitted testing standards vary widely between markets, and a small paperwork error can hold a shipment at customs for weeks.

What is private labelling and do you offer it?
Private label

Private labelling means we manufacture and pack the product, and it goes to market under your brand name rather than ours. Your customers see your label, your logo and your company details.

We support the whole process. That includes helping you pick suitable bottles and closures, working with your designer on label artwork and dielines, making sure the mandatory regulatory text for your market is present, and packing the finished goods ready for retail.

It is a good route if you want to launch a line without investing in your own production facility.

Can you create custom formulations?
Custom

Yes. Our formulation team develops blends built around a client brief rather than pulling something off the shelf.

You can approach it from several directions. Send us a target aroma profile, a competitor product you want matched, a required concentration of a specific active, or simply a description of the end use. We develop trial batches, send them to you, and adjust based on your feedback until the sample is approved.

Development timelines depend on complexity, but most straightforward blends reach an approved sample within a few weeks.

What packaging options are available?
Orders

We pack anything from small retail bottles up to bulk industrial containers. Common formats include amber glass bottles for retail, aluminium bottles and cans for light sensitive oils, HDPE jerry cans for mid volumes, and lined steel drums for bulk.

The right choice usually comes down to the product rather than preference. Citrus oils and other light sensitive materials need protective packaging, and some extracts react with certain plastics. We will recommend what suits your product and shelf life target.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Orders

Yes, but it varies by product. Commonly produced oils have low minimums, while rare botanicals, absolutes and custom formulations carry higher ones because of how they are produced and what the raw material costs.

We try to keep minimums realistic for growing brands rather than setting one blanket figure that only suits large buyers. Send us your product list and target volumes and we will confirm the exact MOQ and the price at that quantity.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?
Quality

Quality control starts before extraction, not after it. Incoming raw material is checked on arrival, because no amount of careful distillation will rescue a poor harvest.

During production we control extraction parameters closely, since temperature and pressure changes alter the final constituent profile. Every finished batch is then tested, with GC-MS analysis confirming the chemical fingerprint and revealing adulteration that colour and aroma alone would never expose.

Each batch carries a number that traces back to its source material and production run, so a question raised two years later still has a documented answer.

Are your products suitable for pharmaceutical use?
Quality

We produce a dedicated pharmaceutical grade range that meets the tighter purity and safety requirements for medicinal and therapeutic preparations.

Please specify pharmaceutical use at the enquiry stage. Grades differ in permitted impurity limits and in the documentation supplied, so an oil that is entirely suitable for a room diffuser is not automatically appropriate for a medicinal formulation. Being explicit early avoids a mismatch later.

Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Samples

Yes, and we encourage it. Nobody should commit to a bulk purchase of a material they have not evaluated in their own lab.

Samples let you check aroma, colour, viscosity and how the oil behaves in your actual formulation, which is often where problems appear that a specification sheet would never predict. Tell us which products you want to assess and roughly what volume you are planning, and we will arrange it.

How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping

It depends on three things: order size, destination and whether the product is in stock or needs to be produced.

Stocked items ship faster than custom formulations, which need development and approval time first. Air freight moves in days while sea freight takes weeks but costs far less per kilo, so the right choice depends on your urgency and volume.

We give a realistic date at the time of order confirmation rather than an optimistic one, and we tell you promptly if anything changes.

Are your products eco friendly and sustainably sourced?
Sustainability

We work with cultivators who follow eco friendly farming practices, and we build long term relationships with them instead of chasing the lowest price each season. Farmers who are paid fairly and know we will return next year have every reason to protect their soil and their crop quality.

On the production side, our extraction processes are set up to reduce waste and energy use, and by product streams are reused where there is a sensible application for them.

We try to be measured about these claims. Sustainability in this industry is a continuous effort rather than a finished achievement, and we would rather describe what we actually do than overstate it.

How can I place an order with Sudhamresh Naturals?
Orders

Get in touch through our contact page, by email or by phone. The process from there is straightforward.

  • Tell us the products, grades and volumes you need
  • We confirm availability, pricing and the applicable MOQ
  • You evaluate samples and approve the specification
  • We share the proforma invoice and packing details
  • Production, quality testing and dispatch, with tracking shared along the way

It helps to mention your destination country and intended application in the first message, since both affect grade selection and documentation.
