Agarwood Oil Manufacturers, Suppliers and Exporters in India
Agarwood Oil, also sold as Oud Oil, is one of the rarest natural aromatic materials in the world. It is distilled from the resin rich heartwood of Aquilaria trees. When these trees are affected by a natural fungal infection, they produce a dark, dense resin as a defence response. That resin holds the deep, woody, slightly sweet aroma that perfumers have valued for centuries. As established Agarwood Oil manufacturers in India, we distil, test and supply Oud in bulk to perfume houses, attar makers, cosmetic brands and aromatherapy companies.
What Makes Our Agarwood Oil Different
Oud quality is decided by the raw wood before distillation ever begins. We source resin bearing Aquilaria heartwood through verified channels and grade it by resin content, because low resin wood gives a thin, flat oil no matter how carefully it is processed. Graded wood is cleaned, soaked and reduced to chips to increase surface area, then distilled slowly under controlled temperature. Slow distillation protects the heavy sesquiterpenes that give Oud its depth and long dry down. Rushed distillation burns them off.
We run two distillation routes so buyers can pick the profile they need. Steam distilled Agarwood Oil is cleaner and lighter, which suits modern fine fragrance work and diffuser blends. Traditional hydro distilled Oud, made in copper deg and bhapka, carries a smokier and more animalic character that attar makers and Gulf market buyers usually prefer.
